Thai fighters session 10.30am Sunday
With a few fights taking place soon, Thai Fighter training will commence Sunday am. Pad work, cardio and sparring. If you turn up to assist the fighters you will learn and develop your own training.
Phase 1 Tests
We will conduct testing for Phase1 on Sunday 22nd at 12noon. If you think you are up for it discuss it with the class instructor.

Want to be a movie star?
Ever wanted to be involved in the movies, this could be your start!
From the creators of Blue Dragon, this is a pilot that we shot in February 2009 in preparation for our fothcoming feature-length movie. We haven't invested in certain equipement therefore sound and lighting are issues that will be worked on, however this gives a flavour of what is to come.
This pilot is quite fast paced and features small action scenes throughout. We spent only a few hours on each action scene but this is just a very small taste of what we're aiming for and what we're capable of.
Comments and constructive criticism are very welcome. Also, if you live in Aberdeen or around the city, please contact me if you wish to be involved.

New Class Sat 11am taught by Pat Davies: Maphilindo Silat -Inosanto Method
Maphilindo Silat and Madjapahit Martial Art was created by Guro Dan Inosanto. The system is a compilation of the Madjapahit, Philippines and the Indonisian Martial Arts.
