Tuesday Classes - Snow Closed

Due to adverse weather conditions there will be NO classes tonight. Transition Extreme will be closing at 6pm, so that causes the gym to be closed as well.

Neil Cushnie fights MMA video

Neil's first fight turned out to be in a cage. Arranged with just over a weeks notice, Neil's fitness was at a high level and so he could easily make that step up.

tuesday classes

With Erik teaching Tuesday night in the gym, the classes will NOT be running. Phase 1 will be on Wednesday at 7.15pm with the FMA utilising the upstairs space at the same time.

Rays got a few days off, so there's a slight change this Friday 6.15pm.

There will be a CSW workshop covering material from Erik Paulson's curriculum, in view to his upcoming seminar - which is almost SOLD OUT!

Rays first round. His opponent didn't come out for the second. The triangle was really tight but Ray kept hitting, kneeing and was able to get out of it. He was raring to go at the beginning of round 2 but that was as far as it went.

With Erik Paulson due in December. lets start working our positions and lead into submissions. If you dont have a partner, then you can do this Star #1 drill on a pillow, but we do recommend you close the curtains so your neighbours dont get suspicious!
