A few changes for Mondays:
A Teenage class is now also on Mondays at 6pm!
Bjj now starts at 6pm and runs till 7.30pm.
Kali moves forward to 7 pm
CSW starts at 7.30pm
Theres new Evolution stock in and with the colder evenings on their way we have a good stock of sweat pants!
